[I am working tragically so I can't really be around BUT Kaveh is here!! Except he is doing is best to kind of awkwardly hover far enough away from everyone to spare them his emotions (spoilers they are bad emotions) while simultaneously lingering close enough to make sure everyone's okay :<

He's got Mehrak with him though!! It's floating with a neutral little '_' face. It doesn't talk but it will say "beep boop" and make a ^_^ face if you talk to it. Okay goodbye soots the CYOAers one more time and runs off]

[ fei du is here, curled up in a library seating area with a fancy blanket and Wenzhou’s green coat over his shoulders. he looks better than earlier, if still bruised up around the throat, is no longer covered in egg, and is just very pale and generally emotionally a hollow void.

he’s also playing patapon on his PSP and probably leaning against wenzhou. ]

[nahida is sitting as close to kaveh as kaveh will allow since she is already well used to his emotions at this point, half reading a book of first aid and medical techniques, half peeking out over the top of the book periodically to make sure that everyone is as okay as they can be on a cyoa return/curfew night.]

[ shu is also here. he’s probably made himself a relatively comfortable cornered somewhere near enough to nahida and kaveh — although comfortable is a questionable term, given there’s no pillows or blankets, but he seems like he’s relaxing well enough.

the emotions are calm. it’s all calm over here. he is, once again, vibing. but he seems alert enough for now. ]

[Kyoko's here with a whole bunch of folktale books, ranging from European to Japanese. The emotions here are just at a constant, calm hum.

[ simon is just going to be sitting against a wall with a blanket for the most part, probably being supervised by fukuzawa. the egg and blood are cleaned up and he's in some fresh clothes, but his left eye is officially Gone with a big gash through it, and he's still pretty bruised and cut up.

the emotions around here are just kind of a cold, dark void spiced up with periodic spikes of anxiety, but it's fine, probably. ]

[anyway cookie top level aside ylfa looks very cute in her new dress and hair ribbons as she goes ahead and sets up her sleeping bag right in front of the doorway and props herself up against the doorway holding her ax in time for sleepytimes.]

[Fukuzawa will be near Simon for the night but if you want to come chat then he's open to it. He's just not moving for now.]

[ At some point, after the doors have locked, some of you might notice something sticking out of the ground. It looks oddly enough like a fin...? Swimming through the floor?

A shark leaps out of the ground before moving back to swim through it. It seems pretty aggressive, so you might want to stay out of its way.
