Aika said the noise are always there. The only difference is that the combination of Matsui and Libby's negative emotions was powerful enough to draw two particularly dangerous noise.

I meant if it's on someone else, like Shenhe-san was cursed. Most likely, you wouldn't notice at all if it's you. It feels too natural.
